The Best Summer Reads

The cold months are officially over. And frankly speaking its a mixed emotion. No more sleeping off in the chilly bubble like a baby. But then shorts, flipflops,beach, ice creams you just cant help being glad. Summers have a kind of nostalgic feel to it. The warm breeze always ends up taking me back to my childhood summer vacation. Riding bike through the colony, going fishing, early morning jogs, playing till sun down. Maybe that’s why its my favorite season. It takes me to the time when biggest complication in life was choosing either vanilla or chocolate flavor of the ice cream.

Another thing synonymous with Summer has always been reading. Holidays meant I could read whole day while the sun was blazing outside. Here are my current summer favorite reads.

Love and Gelato by Jenna Welch :- Lina is spending the summer in Tuscany, but she isn’t in the mood for Italy’s famous sunshine and fairy-tale landscape. Amy and Roger’s epic detour by Morgan Matson :- Amy Curry is not looking forward to her summer.
